Submit a photograph that matches this month's announced theme.
Keep it original
Do not submit someone else's work. AI-generated images are not allowed.
Editing is allowed
Basic edits such as crop, exposure, contrast and colour correction are permitted.
One fair contest
Fake likes, bots, purchased engagement and attempts to manipulate judging are prohibited.
Respect rights
Get any permissions needed for people or protected content shown in your photograph.
Judging and results
Every submission will be reviewed by the Frame.Flow team. Approved photographs will be published on Instagram at @_frame.flow_ as collaborative posts with the respective participants. Winners will be determined by the total number of likes on the published post. In the event of a tie, comments, reshares and shares will be considered as tie-breakers. The winner will be announced after judging is complete.
Original photo verification
If the submitted photo does not contain enough metadata to verify that it was taken on a mobile phone, we may ask you to provide the original, unedited photo captured on your phone for verification. Please keep a copy of the original photo until your submitted photo is officially posted on the @_frame.flow_ Instagram account.
You keep copyright. By entering, you allow Frame.Flow to repost your submitted photo with credit.
Frame.Flow may reject entries that break the rules, may choose not to name a winner if entries do not meet the expected standard, and may change the rules at any time. Check @_frame.flow_ for the latest details. By submitting, you agree to the contest rules.
